At our facility in Heldenfingen/Germany we operate a high number of machines that cater to all laminating methods, from tried-and-tested right through to state-of-the-art.

We produce your composites on our machines using the following techniques:

• Liquid laminating with comma or air doctor
    blade, Foulard or reverse-roll-coaters on our
    tenter frames,
• Sandwich or one-way lamination and flaming
    on flame lamination systems,
• Powder lamination with thermoplastic and
    reactive adhesive powder and thermoplastic
    webs and films on our flatbed laminating
    systems,
• Lamination with moisture-curing PU
    adhesives, with or without pressure, with or
    without thermal treatment, with our slot die
    system.

We also offer the following services:

• Cutting with state-of-the-art Assyst-Bullmer
    cutters
• Diecutting
• Cutting of narrow reels
• Final QC: on five cloth inspection tables, we
    inspect the produced or finished goods,
    mark fabric flaws according to customer
    specification and package goods up to
    1200mm reel diameter.
